蒸金瓜糕 Pumpkin cake
这粒金瓜从新年期间就已经摆在家里了，过后因为忙也没加已理会，直到那天看了电视节目"好男人，好料理" 后，才想到不如用它来试一试，结果还蛮不错的。
材料: 金瓜、虾米、香菇、小葱头、粘米粉、茨粉(木薯粉)、水、五香粉、鱼露、盐
制法:
1)。金瓜洗净刨丝，备用。
2)。香菇泡软，切丝或粒，备用。
3)。粘米粉和茨粉加水和盐，调成糊状，备用。
4)。小葱头切细，爆香，捞起备用。
5)。爆香虾米后，下2料微炒，再把1料倒入一起炒。
6)。用五香粉、鱼露调味5料，息火后才把3料加入搅拌均匀。
7)。把搅拌均匀好的佐料倒入蒸盘里，隔水蒸20分钟。
8)。将冷却后的金瓜糕切块，用少许油煎一下，放4料后才食用会更美味。
注: 粘米粉和茨粉加水的比率是: 200克粘米粉对75克茨粉加水1公升。
我这次用的是澳洲金瓜，价格是本地金瓜的三倍，下次我会选择用本地金瓜来做，相信不会有什么差别如果只是用在做这糕点。
