变脸

看到这录像时，就连想到中国四川变脸杂技，但这是美国版的变脸，我没有意思要将Michael Jackson 丑化，只觉得很遗憾，如果他不整容的话，他的一生又会是怎样的呢?
其实， 他的黑人形像也不难看嘛！只怪当时的美国有种族歧视。

TODAY'S INSPIRATION - HOW TO STAY YOUNG?

1. Throw out nonessential numbers.
This includes age, weight, and height.
Let the doctors worry about them. That is why you pay them.

2. Keep only cheerful friends.
The grouches pull you down.

3. Keep learning:
Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever.
Never let the brain get idle.
"An idle mind is the devil's workshop."
And the devil's name is Alzheimer's!

4. Enjoy the simple things

5. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath.
And if you have a friend who mak es you laugh, spend lots and lots of time
with him or her!

6. The tears happen:
Endure, grieve, and move on.
The only person who is with us our entire life, is ourself.
LIVE while you are alive.

7. Surround yourself with what you love:
Whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever.
Your home is your refuge.


8. Cherish your health:
If it is good, preserve it.
If it is unstable, improve it.
If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.

9. Don't take guilt trips.
Take a trip to the mall, even to a foreign country, but NOT to where the
guilt is.


10. Tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity.

录像中的日全食照片(七月二十二日，起点在印度)是朋友电邮给我的(应该是来自网络)，也不知道次序对不对，只知道要把它给藏在我家，所以就这样罗！ 嘿嘿嘿。。。

忙!忙!忙!

刚过去的周末，特别忙，忙到无时间上网与大家闲聊话家常，
忙到无时间品尝满天星送上的"茱丽"饼干，忙到错过了特丽莎的家俱展，忙到忘了迎接小叶子归队，忙到忘了抱慧慧的北鼻，忙到无法去欣赏绿禾的假花园，忙到无时间阅读俳优的金水喉VS宝马，忙到走错路不小心路过笔心的家，忙到忘了去阿莲家听阿妹唱歌，忙到忘了向日葵已经移民了，忙到薰衣草换了发形也不知道，忙到要挤公车而在公车上遇到THALL讲故事，忙到忘了和吴延塔一起抬头望天，忙到忘了上茶楼找新怡喝茶，忙到忘了飘雪在快餐店等我，忙到忘了喝Veronica教的自制酵素﹐忙到忘了Angie说过她发福了还想约她去吃自助餐，忙到无时间问候四月， 惨了！惨了！忙到又忘了替秋神喂猫咪。

哎哟！我到底在忙些什么呢? 不知道耶！就是为些无厘头的事而忙！
